Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms, though the price of $850 for one night was depressing and not worth it. The service was friendly and very attentive to detail. The location was great for most activities in Buckhead with easy access to I-85. The dining experience was overpriced and not competitive in selections, while the facilities were in good shape with lighter colors than expected. Overall, a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel offers comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with a good-size bathroom and a comfortable bed, but the housekeeping can be a bit slow at times. The service is exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff ready to assist with any needs. Its prime location in Buckhead provides easy access to shopping and dining options, although some upgrades in room service are necessary. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Buckhead/Atlanta.
The hotel was something else! The rooms were absolutely amazing, but the noise level was beyond belief, keeping me up at night. The cleanliness was not up to par, which was disappointing. The service was good, though the staff's friendliness was hit or miss. The location was perfect with easy access for Uber/lyft rides, counterintuitively located near the coffee servery. Dining was expensive but of excellent quality. I found the facilities satisfactory, sparsely unwrapped next to the coffee servery and offering late 3pm checkout.
